Why can't the Diaper Bag, something parents reach for every single day, be both practical and stylish? That's the question Marie-Claire asked herself in 2018, and instead of waiting for someone else to answer it, she made her own bag. She named the brand after her son Noah, aka Noos.

We're growing fast and we're looking for a Head of Marketing to grow with us. We’re looking for someone who can take everything that makes Studio Noos special and turn it into a brand that people don't just buy from, but genuinely love.
Right now, our marketing is largely product-driven: we launch a collection and share it with the world. But we know there’s a bigger story to tell, and that’s where you come in. You’ll build and lead our marketing team, making sure our brand and business grow together. You’ll ensure marketing truly drives the business forward. You’ll lead a small but growing team, bringing structure, focus and clarity as we continue to scale Studio Noos. Working closely with our founder, Marie-Claire, you know how to translate her strong creative vision into a strategy that can grow with the brand.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve our brand platform: shape our positioning, tone of voice, and long-term brand direction across all markets.
- Set the strategic direction for integrated campaigns: move beyond product launches to create seasonal narratives, empowering the marketing team to bring these to life across channels.
- Define the strategic framework for events, activations and community moments that bring the Studio Noos brand to life beyond digital.
- Define the strategic direction for social media and ensure our channels evolve into strong brand-building platforms in close collaboration with the marketing team.
- Define and scale our influencer and creator strategy, building a structured ambassador programme with long-term relationships.
- Set the strategic direction for marketing content and ensure campaigns, newsletters and social content align with the brand strategy and commercial goals.
- Support our Sales team with B2B marketing: empower our Sales team with high-quality trade materials, retailer communications, and wholesale campaign assets.
- Ensure brand consistency: maintain a seamless brand experience across every touchpoint, from our website and packaging to retail and social.
- Lead and scale the marketing team: be a connector across E-commerce, Sales, and Product.
Your profile
- You bring 6+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a consumer lifestyle, fashion, or fast-growing e-commerce brand.
- You've shaped a brand before and you know the difference between a brand that looks good and one that actually means something to people.
- Strategic, but not precious about it. This is a hands-on role and you'll be expected to get things done, not just direct others.
- Comfortable working closely with a founder who has a strong creative vision. You know when to lead and when to listen.
- You've led a small team before and know how to bring out the best in people.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
- Based in Amsterdam or happy to be.
