To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The easiest way is to use the original packaging of the store.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 4 days after we receive the item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Bags with clear signs of use
- Any item that is not in it's original condition or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
The shipping costs to the customer are paid by Studio Noos, the shipping costs from the customer to Studio Noos are to be paid by the customer. Incurred shipping costs are not reimbursed.
