Can I order a personalized item at Studio Noos HQ / Store?

Due to the handmade nature of the personalization, the lead time is longer. Your order will be shipped within 10 business days. Trust us, it’ll be worth the wait. This product is made to order; therefore, changes cannot be made, and a personalized item cannot be returned. You will receive a track & trace once your order is shipped.

How does the personalization work?

Step 1: Choose your favorite Studio Noos item from our range that you would like to personalize. Browse through our collection of stylish and functional items, such as our popular Mom Bags, pouches, and accessories, and select the perfect item that suits your style and needs.

Step 2: Select the initials/text you would like to have embroidered on this item, along with the desired embroidery color.

Step 3: Once you are satisfied with your choice, simply place your order through our website. Add your personalized item to your cart and follow the easy steps to complete your order.

Step 4: After placing your order, the Studio Noos team will begin processing it.

Step 5: Our embroiderers carefully adjust the machines to ensure that the desired text or initials are perfectly embroidered in the color you've chosen. This process is carried out with the utmost care and precision.

Step 6: Once the embroidery is complete, your personalized item is checked to ensure it meets our quality standards. It is then carefully packed, paying attention to detail, to ensure it arrives safely and stylishly at your doorstep.

Step 7: Finally, your order is handed over to our delivery partner for shipping. Once the package arrives, you're ready to enjoy your unique and personalized Studio Noos item, specially crafted for you with love and attention.

How long does a non-personalized order take?

Once you have selected your favorite Studio Noos items and placed an order, we immediately begin processing your order. This includes collecting the products, packaging, and preparing for shipment.

After processing, your order will be
shipped to the delivery address you provided. You will receive a tracking
number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please note that sometimes your
tracking number may appear stagnant, indicating delays in the delivery service. Rest assured, your order will still be delivered within a few days. If this is not the case, please reach out to us via info@studionoos.com, and we are happy to assist you.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders above €75,- in The Netherlands. For orders under €75,- regular shipping costs apply.

Placing an order outside The Netherlands? Then the shipping costs will be calculated at check out.

How do I return my order?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. Please click here to register your return. If you're unable to initiate your return online, you can send it to:

Please note that shipping costs or import duties for your returns are not covered or reimbursed by Studio Noos.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and include the original hangtag. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.

If your return is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the return.

Please note that personalized items and gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.

After placing your order, it's possible to receive an invoice. You can request one by emailing info@studionoos.com. We're

Let your items be beautifully wrapped with our gift wrapping option. The prices of the
items are not visible to the recipients of the gift; these are not disclosed upon delivery of the order.
