Personalized orders
Orders including a personalized item will be shipped within 10 business days. You will receive a track & trace once your order is shipped.
Names and color or embroidery cannot be changed afterwards and a personalized item cannot be returned.

Shipping
The Netherlands
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours when in stock. Orders will not be delivered on Sundays and Mondays.
Belgium
For Belgian customers, a delivery time of 1-3 working days applies if ordered before 4:00 pm. No packages are delivered on Sundays and Mondays.
Shipping costs
Orders over 75 euros are shipped for free within the Netherlands and Belgium and orders over 99,90 euros are shipped for free within Germany.
For orders under 75 euros (NL/BE) regular shipping costs apply.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. Please click here to register your return. Please note that personalized items and gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The easiest way is to use the original packaging of the store.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 4 days after we receive the item.
Please note that personalized items and gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Bags with clear signs of use
- Any item that is not in it's original condition or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Orders over 75 euros are shipped for free within the Netherlands and orders over 99,90 euros are shipped for free within Belgium and Germany. the return costs from the customer to Studio Noos are to be paid by the customer. Incurred shipping costs are not reimbursed.
