Every piece of embroidery is finished by hand in our Amsterdam atelier to ensure a beautiful, high-quality result that lasts through years of daily use. Because we put so much care into every stitch, personalized products are typically shipped within 5 business days. Good to know: Since each item is custom-made specifically for you, personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
