Today, Studio Noos is much more than the diaper bag that started it all. From backpacks and pouches to everyday essentials, we create the pieces parents and kids actually want to use. Designed to fit your style, not just your stuff.

We're growing fast and we're looking for an International Key Account Manager to grow with us. Someone who knows how to build strong retail partnerships, develop existing accounts, and spot new opportunities in international markets.

Our wholesale business is expanding quickly, and the biggest opportunity lies in strengthening relationships with key retailers while continuing to grow our presence globally. That's where you come in. You will play a key role in managing and developing strategic accounts, ensuring our partners succeed with Studio Noos and helping drive the next phase of international growth.

  • Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new international key accounts.
    • Actively approach and negotiate with international key accounts.
    • Develop account plans and seasonal growth strategies with international key accounts.
    • Build long-term strategic partnerships with leading retail players.
    • Monitor performance, sell-through, and opportunities for expansion.
    • Ensure strong brand presentation and positioning at international key accounts.
  • Your profile

    • 4+ years of experience in wholesale / key account management, ideally within consumer lifestyle, fashion, or a fast-growing product brand.
    • Experience working with international retail partners.
    • A strong commercial mindset and proven ability to close deals.
    • Comfortable opening new accounts and building relationships from scratch.
    • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, kids, or consumer product brands is a strong plus.
    • Excellent relationship builder with strong negotiation skills.
    • Hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
    • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
    • Based in Amsterdam or happy to be.
